Use our charge station
Our Victron 3-Phase AC Electric Vehicle Charge station can charge your EV at speeds of up to 22kW.
Launch Period Terms:
- Pricing: R5.69 (incl VAT) per unit (kWh).
- You are required to use your own T2 cable and ensure it has the appropriate current rating to support the charge speed you select.
- The charge service is available during our office hours and managed by our reception agents. We intend to upgrade to 24-hour automatic unattended service ASAP.
- Temporary unofficial after hour unattended charge service – subject to availability. If you call us we will activate the charger remotely if an agent is available to take your call.
General Terms:
- The charge session will only start once your PREPAID payment is confirmed and will stop upon your request, once your credit is depleted or if another factor interrupts the session.
- For unused credit to be refunded you are required to submit a valid refund request. Refunds will be processed 1-5 business days after a valid request is received.
- Unregistered Customers: Unused credit expires if no valid refund request is received 10 days after the session.
- Registered Customers: Unused credit is kept on your account and may be used towards future sessions. Credit expires if your account is dormant for 6 months or more.
- Use our parking and charge services at own risk.
