Backorder Policy
Introduction
Special Terms that apply to Backorder Goods have been extracted from our terms, conditions and related policy pages for your convenience.
Definition (T&C)
Product pages and/or descriptions that contain the stock status; ‘Supplier has stock’, ‘Available on backorder’, ‘On Backorder’ and/or ‘Backordered’ define (“Backorder Goods”). These Goods are stocked by our suppliers and will be backordered for you once we receive payment for order of such goods. Special terms apply to these goods.
Availability (T&C)
In the case of Backorder Goods, Naxlav relies on inventory information supplied by the relevant supplier and Naxlav accordingly bears no liability for any inaccuracies in the information supplied to it. When Backorder Goods are no longer available after you have placed an order, Naxlav will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid by you for such Goods.
Cancellation (T&C)
Orders for Backorder Goods cannot be cancelled after payment has been made because they are being procured at your request.
Collection (C&D)
Backorder Goods require additional lead time before collection – stated on product page
Delivery (C&D)
Backorder Goods require additional lead time before dispatch – stated on product page
Returns (RP)
Backorder Goods cannot be returned unless defective and eligible under section 2 or 3 of the returns policy.
